Heraklion, Greece - Davie

Heraklion was our first stop in Greece, located on the island of Crete, the biggest island in Greece. After flying from Cyprus, we arrived in Heraklion at 2:00 AM, so we had to wait until the next day to do anything. The next day we slept in because we went to sleep so late, but quickly got on the move after that. We went to multiple museums of Greece's history, like the Greek inventions museum and the Greek artifacts museum. This invention made by the Greeks is my one of my favorite inventions [first one above] and is used to send messages from a far distance. The way that it works is that both of the people sending a message to each other have one of these things, and the first step is to hold out the torch until the other person does the same, then you wait 3 seconds before turning on the tap on the barrel below [you cant see it in the photo].
