HOW WE EXERCISE ON OUR TRIP! BY: Davie

 Since we are traveling for a long time, we need to exercise so we dont get fat. In this blog you will read how we move our bodys so we dont become unhealthy, and so when you are traveling you could do this too!


1. Hands

Its important to excercise all parts of our body and not just our legs and arms. I exercise my hands by using a hand gripper, search on up and you will see what it looks like. I got mine at a 1 dollar shop in  Japan, and I have been using everyday since. And after about 2 weeks I already saw progress, and now my hands have so many veins. 

2. Legs

Legs are a super important part of our body, so its very important to keep them healthy. By doing this, we just try to walk everyday and get lots of steps in. We often are on tours all day so we walk alot then, or go out for the day to shop, witch gets us to walk too. 

3. Arms + Core

Most of the time, im the only one exercising my arms, but by doing this, I do bench presses of my suitcase,  pushups, planks, situps, crunches, and prictice kicking and punching.

4. Basketball

On my trip I brought 2 basketballs around, and gave 1 of them to a kid in the Philippines. It takes upalot of space, but its nice to play when I get the chance too. I brought a small pump, to pump it up, but it doesnt take up that much space. I played alot in the Philippines, alot in Australia, and some in Vietnam. I think playing basketball is good for exersise, but I just mostly do it for the fun.

Overall, we are not getting as much exersise as much as Van, but its still enough too keep us in shape!
